Presenting products at a trade show can frequently be a challenge. Trade show displays should be designed to best provide space for your products which lends itself to effectiveness not only in product display but in efficient use of traffic control in your booth.

Let’s consider different ways of presenting physical products.

Trade Show Exhibit Shelving
Shelving of course is an obvious method of display product at a trade show. It is important that the shelves be places where maximum viewing can be taken advantage of. Often you can use shelves placed slightly to the left or the right on your back wall. This creates an open area in the center and does not block traffic. Another method that works well and allows space is by using the sides of your trade show display to feature your products. This leaves the center open so that customers can best view your promotional graphics in the back wall area of your booth which can have eye catching graphics of your products to capture customers attention.

Trade Show Exhibit Lighting
Do not forget the use of lighting to highlight your products on your Trade Show Booth Shelving. Clever Display Booth Lighting can help focus the eye on your product. In addition when displaying product on shelving it would be effective to have each product shown with a different light cast even if the products vary only slightly.

Podiums are also very effective ways of displaying a product. If properly placed taking into account traffic control the attendee have an opportunity to view the product form all angles. This gives the customers a chance to view the product to their full satisfaction.

Digital graphics are an excellent way to make the podium even more attractive to the attendee. You might also consider using back lit Trade show graphics on the body of the podium. This is a great attention getter and serves to enhance the product which sits atop the podiums.

Motion! The use of a standard base can be made more effect through the use of motion. You can add a rotating base under your product. This is a flashy and custom touch that people seem to love. It is always fascinating to see a product in this manner. If your primary product is a service or your objective is branding, consider adding a rotating graphic sign to attract the eye of the customers. Mounting the rotating sign on an elevated platform, such as the top of your booth or display back wall, will get you noticed from longer distances and will create the curiosity that will get more traffic.

Good luck
