6) Supplement with Omega 3. It is like oil for our bodies. Taking Omega 3 will increase healthy tear production, not to mention it is good for the rest of your body too. Omega 3 is now readily available where ever vitamins and supplements are sold.

7) Use over the counter rewetting eye drops. It is important to choose the right style of eye drop. Only use drops that claim they alleviate dry eyes. If they are designed specifically to make your eyes appear more white and clear, they are actually drying your eyes out more, not a good strategy.
