Most private owners are in it for the money and are not happy when something goes wrong because they end up having to spend more money than they originally planned . Private owners think that because it is their house, they can do whatever they want, whenever they want, no matter what the lease says . Most people do not even consider contacting a lawyer, thinking that it is a losing battle, but they are wrong .
